Plain-English summary of billing via Stripe, the approve-before-send model for guest replies, and your responsibilities as the licensee of record. Effective: 2026-07-31.
RentaraAI is an AI tooling layer for short-stay and long-stay operators. It drafts guest replies, escalates anything time-sensitive to your phone, tracks compliance filings per address, helps you set seasonal pricing, schedules cleanings and maintenance windows, sends rent reminders for longer stays, and surfaces what needs your attention. It does not replace you: every outbound guest message requires your "Approve & send" click before it leaves your account.
Stripe is the only payment surface on this product — we never store card numbers on our side. Prices are computed server-side from your property count and current plan; the browser never sees a price until it has been written by our pricing route. Subscriptions renew on the published monthly amount per unit, billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; the subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, then it ends and no further charges are made.
One-time payments (e.g. onboarding add-ons) are refundable on a case-by-case basis within 14 days for documented non-delivery of the paid feature. Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not automatically refund the current billing period; pro-rated refunds are granted at our discretion for documented service issues, requested within 14 days of the charge. We do not refund for partial-month usage, voluntary cancellation, or unused capacity.
You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. After cancellation you retain read-only access for 30 days so you can export your message history and compliance filings. On day 31 we close the account and purge your message threads, property metadata, and compliance filings; billing records are retained for the period required by tax law. You may not use the service to publish listings that are illegal in your jurisdiction, or to have the AI misrepresent your license or permit status to a guest or a regulator. You may not scrape or mirror data from other operators on the platform, attempt to bypass rate limits on the AI proxy, or reverse-engineer the model. If we detect abusive use we suspend the account first and ask questions second.
RentaraAI is a software tool. You remain the licensee of record on every regulatory filing the AI helps you draft — the AI never files for you and never represents you to a regulator under its own authority. Every guest-facing message is reviewed and approved by a human in your account before it is sent, so the content of guest communication is your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for the service in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If we make a material change to these terms — to billing, to data handling, or to your obligations under acceptable use — we email every active account at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and we re-prompt consent on your next sign-in. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications, contact-email updates) are posted here and the "Effective:" date at the top of this page is updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in binding arbitration in New Castle County.
